Both surgeries have air-conditioning units for patient comfort.
Wheelchair access is no problem and any patients with special needs are catered for.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required when canceling appointments to allow those appointments to be offered to others.
Patients who fail to attend appointments or cancel at short notice, will be charged.
Registered patients in pain will be offered an appointment the same day, although this may not be with their regular dentist.
